Home Improvement Entrepreneur does not issue refunds for cancellations that occur within two weeks of an event. Clients who cancel a meeting reservation 8 to 14 days before an event will be issued equivalent credit toward a future event. No credits of any kind are issued within 7 days of an event.

Home Improvement Entrepreneur cannot issue credit of any kind for room reservations that are made as part of a meeting package.
